Client Solution Executive (m/f/d)
The basic task of the Client Solution Executive is to create a basis for additional growth. In particular, this includes presenting and selling one or two dedicated solution areas of the CLOUD4RETAIL platform to our large existing customers and prospects.
A special focus is on supporting the respective Account Executive, who will provide comprehensive and holistic support to the respective customer with all products and services. This is not only about selling additional solutions and services, but also about optimizing customer processes and improving results for GK Software SE's top customers.
The Client Solution Executive deals with developing one or two dedicated solution areas of the CLOUD4RETAIL platform, such as AI or SelfService solutions in the market in terms of sales.
Serves as the client's interface to GK and the account team.
This position requires excellent communication skills, functional/technical knowhow on Retail IT solutions to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets. Also required is an ambitious and talented communicator who will interact equally with customers and cross functionally with other departments in the company.
your responsibilities:
Strategically and commercially develop dedicated software solutions of the CLOUD4RETAIL platform with existing customers and prospects in the retail sector with a view to sustainably increase cloud revenues and related services.
Acquisition of additional well-known new retailers in the EMEA region
Responsibility and development of one or two dedicated Cloud4retail platform software solutions in assigned sales regions in EMEA
Establishment of a relationship matrix between GK and the customers across all areas
Identification and evaluation of potentials with key new and existing customers
Relationship management with the customer across all levels, but especially the top level (C- Level)
Establishment as a trusted adviser to the customer
Management of sales activities within GK
Technical responsibility for the corresponding solution at the customer and virtual team building of different areas
Close cooperation with the Account Executive, PreSales, Professional Service, Product and other departments
Intensive cooperation with our partners
Organization and support of customer events
Contact person for the customer around his solutions of the Cloud4retail platform
Ensuring the economic success of GK with the respective customer
your profile:
Successfully completed studies (at least Bachelor's degree) as well as at least 3 years of sound experience in software sales (cloud sales) in the retail market with a proven track record of consistent performance or a comparable education with corresponding experience and outstanding performance
You are able to demonstrate software solutions on-site at customer locations or in virtual meetings
You have expertise and professional/technical know-how in retail, store solutions, AI and omnichannel, and POS
The skills to challenge decision makers, build consensus with client executives and sell to the C-suite
You are a flexible problem solver with strong team play skills
Strong listening skills and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
You are organized, work efficiently and are able to maintain a high level of production while delivering excellent process and administrative performance
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
Willingness to work outside of normal business hours as needed
Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
