Consultant Special Services (m/f)
  • Analyse and review business processes for existing customers in a Omnichannel context, in particular POS, mobile Touchpoints and store merchandise management
  • Issue of system and component reports, including discussions of recommended action
  • Analysis of software and consulting in case of a need for optimisation
  • Issue of evaluation and reports
  • Visit customers nationally and internationally and ongoing customer support as part of the service organisation
  • Completed training/degree in the IT sector or comparable expertise
  • First work experience in technical customer consulting
  • Programming knowledge (C, C++, Java), as well as knowledge of databases
  • Experience in virtualisation and Cloud systems
  • Practical experience of administration in a Linux and Windows environment
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Keen to travel nationally and internationally
  • Good German and English knowledge
  • Quick-witted and highly analytical with a solution-orientated way of thinking
  • Strong communication skills and reliable, good teamwork skills and a service-oriented presence
