Analyse and review business processes for existing customers in a Omnichannel context, in particular POS, mobile Touchpoints and store merchandise management
Issue of system and component reports, including discussions of recommended action
Analysis of software and consulting in case of a need for optimisation
Issue of evaluation and reports
Visit customers nationally and internationally and ongoing customer support as part of the service organisation
YOUR PROFILE:
Completed training/degree in the IT sector or comparable expertise
First work experience in technical customer consulting
Programming knowledge (C, C++, Java), as well as knowledge of databases
Experience in virtualisation and Cloud systems
Practical experience of administration in a Linux and Windows environment
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Keen to travel nationally and internationally
Good German and English knowledge
Quick-witted and highly analytical with a solution-orientated way of thinking
Strong communication skills and reliable, good teamwork skills and a service-oriented presence
