Your responsibilities:
  • Central acceptance and processing of all incoming service requests and faults using the in-house ticket management system
  • Control and qualified categorisation of incidents
  • Forwarding to the responsible support unit/ticket dispatching
  • Support and relief of internal IT management
  • Continuous, proactive error identification, as well as process optimisation
Your profile:
  • Completed training as a computer science clerk, a degree in business informatics or career changers with an affinity for IT and organisation
  • Experience in service level management is an advantage
  • Good to very good knowledge of MS Office products
  • Good German and English knowledge
  • Flexibility and discretion
