YOUR DUTIES:
  • Receiving, documenting and processing customer inquiries, also via telephone
  • Technical analysis and resolving customer inquiries
  • Processing and following up customer orders and trouble tickets in the service tool
  • Forwarding and following up the tickets where necessary
  • Implementing workarounds, also by working together with the customersas well as other departments
YOUR COMPETENCIES:
  • Vocational degree in the IT area or other related qualification
  • Flexibility, team spirit and a good grasp
  • Service and customer orientated approach to work as well as professional behavior, both in person and on the telephone
  • Ready to work in shifts, on weekends (24/7) in a rotating system
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken as well as good communication skills in German
  • High reliability coupled with team spirit and good comprehension skills
  • Solution-orientated and independent manner of working
