Employee IT Support (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
  • Employee support (on-site or remotely) in resolving IT incidents
  • Checking technical equipment and arranging appointments for maintenance work
  • Preparation of workstations for new employees including installation of hardware and software
  • Care and maintenance of the workstations
  • Knowledge about standard software used in the company
  • Compliance and further development of processes
Your profile:
  • Education as an IT specialist or relevant experience in the field of IT
  • Basic knowledge in automated software and OS installation
  • Very good knowledge in Windows Client (optional: Linux)
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server
  • Knowledge of Linux, Mac, Android and Apple iOS desirable
  • Basic network knowledge
  • Good knowledge about telephony and email
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Good knowledge of English and German
