Employee Project Management Office / Project Assistance (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
  • Development, enforcement and control of processes for project procedure and process models, product standards as well as development guidelines
  • Organization of induction and training for the project management department
  • Supporting the project managers in organizational matters of the project, e.g. administrative tasks, project coordination meetings, project tasks and invoicing
  • Management of own sub-projects within a major customer project
  • Conducting meetings (coordination, taking minutes, document preparation and status reporting)
  • Support in budget and resource planning
your profile:
  • Successfully completed commercial training with subsequent professional experience or a completed university degree
  • Good to very good Microsoft Office skills
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Analytical understanding as well as an independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
  • Organizational talent and a high level of commitment
