You actively support at trade shows: booth planning, set up of hardware (video, network, computer), designing booth construction and showcases, IT network management, logistics, customs clearance
Video studio: maintenance, operation of the environment, support of the technical consultants in recording demo videos or in complex live sessions (Blackmagic Atem, Streamdeck, OBS Studio, MS Teams, etc.)
Responsibility for demo equipment/inventory (software and firmware updates, maintenance)
RoadShows (customer-specific events)
Supervision of internal and external showrooms (permanent trade fairs internally or at partners)
Own area of responsibility in close coordination with the sales department
Your profile
Degree in media or event technology or similar training or experience
First professional experience (at least 1-3 years) in the field of professional participation in event management and exhibition booth construction
Good knowledge of video technology, IT administration
Good knowledge of German and English
Class B driving licence
Willingness to travel regularly
