Your responsibilities
  • Support of the IT operations of our customers in an international environment
  • Support of our customers during and after the commissioning of our software
  • Reliable and fast analysis as well as elimination of occurring operational problems
  • Implementation of customer requirements in close cooperation with the development teams
  • Provision of professional services such as software rollout and monitoring with state-of-the-art tooling for our customers
Your profile
  • Completed apprenticeship in IT, even lateral entrants with appropriate experience
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Basic database knowledge (preferably SAP Hana, PostgreSQL, Oracle or MSSQL)
  • Initial experience with scripting is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Reliability and team player skills
