Degree in computer science or a comparable training with sound IT expertise
Relevant professional experience in the functional administration of Linux derivatives (especially Debian, Ubuntu, Suse) as well as applications based on them
Experienced handling of ticket and knowledge management tools
Analytical skills to grasp and implement complex tasks
Customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting, ability to work in a team and independent work organization
Willingness for a regular on-call service
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, German knowledge is an advantage
