Your responsibilities
  • Generation of new customers for the GK Product Suite and the comprehensive presentation of the GK Product Suite in sales conversations
  • Creating and documenting customer requirements as well as submitting product feature requests for standardization
  • Supporting sales with technical expertise and convincing solution demonstrations
  • Creation of technical solution designs as well as offers and presentations for our customers
  • RFI/RFP; supporting quality assurance of all functional and technical offer documents in all sales stages
  • Execution and support of POCs (proof of concepts)
  • Development of technical instructions or documentations (UML, Wiki, Confluence, SDK etc.)
Your profile
  • Completed degree in (business) informatics, apprenticeship as an IT specialist or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the presales area
  • Distinct knowledge of the retail sector
  • Excellent IT knowledge
  • Good knowledge of preferred partner products (e.g. SAP/ HYBRIS)
  • Strong customer and service orientation, flexibility and ability to work in a team
  • Very good English skills (written and spoken)
