Your profile
Completed apprenticeship
Several years of professional experience in the field of IT environment desirable
Service and customer-oriented appearance, especially on the phone
Participation in shift work and weekend service (24/7) according to a defined rotating system with attractive shift bonuses
Strong communication skills in German as well as very good English skills, both written and spoken
High reliability, combined with the ability to work in a team and good comprehension skills
