Your responsibilities
  • You support the analysis and evaluation of current digitization trends in the retail industry
  • Comparing and describing omnichannel customer journeys in different retail segments, considering digital and physical touchpoints
  • You investigate and compare available offers from providers for fulfillment services and solutions for the retail sector in an international environment
  • Independent analysis of market and competitive situations as well as description of future product requirements
  • The results of your work will flow directly into the strategic evaluation of our product development
  • Option to work on the task as part of a bachelor's or master's thesis
Your profile
  • Enrollment in a study in a  field of economics or industrial engineering with a focus on commerce in the 3rd semester or higher
  • You have already gained some experience with internships or working student jobs
  • You have a great affinity for eCommerce trends and digital technologies
  • You can describe complex issues and contexts in a well-structured and comprehensible manner
  • You are characterized by a self-dependent and goal-oriented way of working
  • You are proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • You have a very good command of English and German, both written and spoken
