Main tasks are the generation of new customers for the GK Product Suite and the comprehensive presentation of the GK Product Suite in sales conversations
Creating and documenting customer requirements as well as submitting product feature requests for standardization
Supporting sales with technical expertise and convincing solution demonstrations
Creation of technical solution designs as well as offers and presentations for our customers
RFI/RFP; supporting quality assurance of all functional and technical offer documents in all sales stages
Execution and support of POCs (proof of concepts)
Development of technical instructions or documentations (UML, Wiki, Confluence, SDK etc.)
Your profile:
Completed degree in (business) informatics, apprenticeship as an IT specialist or equivalent qualification
At least 2 years of professional experience in the presales area
Distinct knowledge of the retail sector
Excellent IT knowledge
Good knowledge of preferred partner products (e.g. SAP/ HYBRIS)
Strong customer and service orientation, flexibility and ability to work in a team
Very good English skills (written and spoken)
