SVP Customer Solutions APAC (m/f)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Construction and further development of the Asian branch
  • Qualified consulting and support of the defined CIOs for fixed sales customer accounts in consultation with the SVP Sales, with the goal of supporting customer development and retention right through to license closing
  • Comprehensive support and development of existing customers, and the associated technical and disciplinary management, control and monitoring of the entire operational project business
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership, control and oversight of APAC's support, cloud and managed services businesses
  • Business development for the APAC region
  • Personal customer support as a management sponsor for key projects through participation in Project Steering Commites or C-Level discussions
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Many years’ experience in commerce, ideally in the field of cash-and-branch goods management systems Relevant expertise regarding the management of software projects and the consulting and support of customers, as well as managing employees in Asia
  • Willingness to travel nationally and international and willingness to move to Singapore
  • Business fluent English, Chinese and Japanese knowledge is a plus
  • Very good presentation and articulation skills
  • Proactive and independent worker
