System Administrator with focus on virtualization (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
  • Configuration and operation of hardware for the virtualized server and client environment under VMware and in the cloud
  • Processing of tickets in 2nd level support as well as service requests and changes for the areas of virtualization and Windows
  • Creation of documentation for users and IT support
Your profile:
  • Completed studies in computer science or a comparable education with IT expertise
  • Confident handling of VMware vSphere, Horizon and vSAN
  • Initial knowledge and practical experience with Windows desirable
  • Knowledge of Active Directory on-prem and in the Azure Cloud
  • Routine handling of ticket and knowledge management tool
  • Analytical skills to grasp and implement complex tasks
  • Customer- as well as service-oriented thinking and acting, ability to work in a team and independent work organization
