You will orchestrate people, processes, and technology across multiple agile teams. You will strengthen collaboration, align capacity with strategic priorities, and use innovation—including AI—to accelerate continuous improvement. 

Location: Mobile Work (Germany-wide)

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Champion Agile Excellence: Promote agile mindset and practices across teams and clusters. 

  • Optimize Delivery: Design and refine processes, coordinate release planning, and establish transparent metrics and dashboards. 

  • Enable People Growth: Foster a culture of learning, guide career development, and lead performance cycles for cluster members. 

  • Drive Collaboration: Connect teams, share best practices, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. 

  • Plan & Align: Manage capacity, roadmap alignment, and resource planning to meet strategic goals. 

  • Engage Stakeholders: Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and business leaders to ensure smooth delivery and risk management. 

 

What You Bring 

  • Proven experience in agile delivery leadership across multiple teams. 

  • Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, DevOps, and quality assurance. 

  • Ability to lead people and processes with empathy and clarity. 

  • Skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination. 

  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and modern delivery practices is a plus.
