Your responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing and monitoring internal guidelines, as well as further developing the corporate compliance structures and capabilities of the GK Software Group.
  • Competent contact person for employees to ensure compliance with internal requirements.
  • Ongoing preparation of corporate compliance training and coordination of cooperation with external service providers on this topic.
  • Reviewing business processes, including in an international environment, and preparing and initiating audits.
  • Analysing and interpreting regulatory developments and laws that affect the business of the GK Software Group.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for management on regulatory risks and opportunities. 

 

Your profile

  • Completed university degree in business law or at least an equivalent degree in a related subject.
  • Several years of professional experience in a medium-sized/large company or a consulting firm, ideally with practical experience in the field of governance, compliance or internal auditing.
  • Sound specialist knowledge of the main areas of German and European business law.
  • Expertise in international standards, conventions and norms such as I.L.O. norms, UNGC goals, ECHR, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of German commercial criminal law an advantage.
  • Knowledge of foreign law an advantage (especially U.S. law)
  • Previous experience in policy management, compliance audits, compliance reporting advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of BPMN 2.0 desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP S4/HANA, SAP Success Factors, Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian JIRA or comparable software advantageous.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
