Your responsibilities

• Development of a product strategy (incl.: Definition of priorities, identification of market opportunities and determination of a clear roadmap) that reflects the long-term goals of the company
• Analyze market needs and competitive situation to develop innovative solutions
• Gathering, prioritizing and communicating requirements from customers and other stakeholders, as well as translating them into user-stories or specifications
• Work closely with development teams and other stakeholders to ensure an efficient product development
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience
• Monitor product performance and -usage, derive actions for continuous improvement

Your profile

• Experience in product management of software solutions, ideally in the retail industry
• Technical understanding and ability to understand technical requirements and communicate with development teams
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking which enable to analyze the market and provide competitive analysis
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, as well as mediate between different interest groups
• Passion for innovation and willingness to learn new technologies and industry trends
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Very good command of written and spoken German and English
