As a Functional Consultant, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our development teams, helping shape the future of retail technology.

Your Role in Action:

• Create a clear product vision and prioritize features that drive value.
• Represent the voice of the customer and own decision-making around feature delivery.
• Translate customer needs into actionable development stories and user requirements.
• Prepare and lead functional workshops and training sessions.
• Validate custom functionalities against user preferences and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between our customers and the delivery team, especially regarding system customizations and integration.
