• Reinvent the retail backbone: Shape modern business processes for cloud‑native POS, checkout, and in‑store operations.
• Lead cloud transformations: Guide mid-sized retailers through seamless Retail7 implementations — from first concept to successful rollout.
• Build the smart store of tomorrow: Configure scalable, API-driven systems that flex with business needs.
• Translate vision into action: Turn customer challenges into intuitive, tech‑powered solutions.
• Drive smooth Go‑Lives: Make launches feel effortless, ensure quality, and enable key users to thrive.

What You Bring

• Experience in retail, POS, or merchandise management

• Proven consulting experience (clients or internal stakeholders)

• Fast thinker, clear communicator, and efficient concept-to-solution mindset
• A sharp, structured problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills
• Fluency in English (German is a bonus but not a blocker)
• Readiness to travel, collaborate and help clients unlock new potential
