As a Microsoft 365 Administrator, you’ll ensure our hybrid and cloud infrastructure runs smoothly, securely, and evolves continuously. You’ll implement modern identity concepts, support our teams with reliable second-level assistance, and create clear documentation that empowers users and IT alike. You’ll also contribute to the integration of AI-powered tools and automation to enhance productivity and user experience across the Microsoft ecosystem. 

 

Location: Mobile Work (Germany-wide) 

 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Copilot, etc.), increasingly using AI-driven features and automation. 

  • Maintain and further develop our existing Microsoft on-premises and cloud environment. 

  • Maintain and improve modern identity and access management concepts such as Entra ID with conditional access as well as Privileged Identity Management (PIM).  

  • Resolve support requests using smart ticketing systems and AI-assisted diagnostics. 

  • Create and maintain documentation for both end users and internal IT support teams. 

 

 

What You Bring 

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 hybrid and cloud environments, ideally with AI-enhanced tools. 

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and familiarity with features like Copilot, Teams, SharePoint Online and Exchange Online. 

  • Solid Windows administration skills and interest in automation. 

  • Proficiency in Active Directory, both on-premises and in Entra ID. 

  • Strong analytical skills to understand and solve complex tasks. 

  • Fluent English skills for collaboration in a global tech environment.
