As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of strategic projects, balancing customer expectations with internal execution. Your role is critical in shaping success stories—from kickoff through deployment—while maintaining strong relationships and managing scope, budget, timelines, and resources. 

Your Role in Action:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver commercial software solutions into major retail environments
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, acting as the key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Champion Agile delivery processes and support development teams for optimal execution
  • Own project financials: tracking budgets, forecasts, and invoicing
  • Report on project status, risks, and financials across multiple stakeholder levels
  • Drive issue resolution, ensure quality standards, and steer projects to on-time, on-budget success
Your Talent and Experience:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Several years of experience delivering complex IT/software projects; experience in retail, restaurant, or POS environments preferred
  • Proven ability to manage customer-facing software projects end-to-end, experience with project financials, budgeting, and contract management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; confidence in working with all levels of an organization
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive, self-driven mindset, ability to collaborate effectively across teams and troubleshoot creatively, adaptability to fast-paced and diverse client environments
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%)
