Location:  Schöneck/Vogtland 

As a Team Manager in our development department for existing customer solutions, you’ll lead a skilled group of developers based in Germany. We’re looking for a dynamic individual ready to take the next step—ideally with initial leadership experience (e.g., as a Lead Developer)—and a passion for growing alongside their team.

Your team will focus on enhancing our Java-based cloud solutions, used by leading retailers worldwide. You’ll collaborate closely with teams working on AI integration, cloud operations, and international rollouts. Your leadership will be key to ensuring delivery excellence while fostering a supportive, growth-oriented team culture.

Your Role in Action:

• Lead and mentor a Java development team to deliver high-quality, maintainable code

• Drive agile processes and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement including modern AI-layered tools

• Align development efforts with customer-specific requirements and project goals

• Facilitate cross-functional communication and remove roadblocks

• Support the professional development of your team members

Your Talent and Experience:

• Background in Software Development, with or without leadership experience.

• Proven experience in software development, ideally in Java-based environments.

• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and team leadership practices.

• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

• Experience with cloud technologies, agile methods and modern development toolchains.

• Fluent in English, fluent or willing to learn German would be a plus.
