• Drive Continuous Evolution: Lead retrospectives that spark creativity, champion experimentation, and embed a culture of relentless improvement
• Measure Impact: Track progress and communicate success stories that inspire the entire organization

What You Bring

You’re a trailblazer who thrives in complexity and loves turning big ideas into tangible results.

• Several years hands-on experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Chapter Lead
• A track record of leading agile transformations that deliver measurable impact
• Deep knowledge of agile frameworks and the ability to adapt them to real-world challenges
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at team, cluster and organizational level
• A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and change
• Scrum Master certification (CSM® or PSM I) is a strong plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally to our office locations
