As European retailers accelerate their digital transformation, they are looking for trusted partners who understand their challenges and can deliver the right technology. Our enterprise SaaS solutions power next-generation retail experiences across all channels and customer touchpoints.We are looking for a proactive and strategic Senior Account Executive (all genders) to drive new business across Europe – with a strong focus on the Nordics. You will identify new opportunities, engage decision-makers, and lead the first sale. Customer growth and long-term expansion will be supported by our dedicated Customer Success Management team.

 

Your role in action:

  • You are responsible for acquiring new enterprise retail customers across the Nordic region and wider Europe, focusing on mid-sized to large organizations (€500M+ revenue).
  • You identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outreach, referrals, events, and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • You manage the complete enterprise sales cycle – from initial contact to deal closing – including needs analysis, stakeholder management, proposal creation, and contract negotiation.
  • You engage with C-level and senior stakeholders in IT, digital transformation, store operations, and omnichannel, understanding their challenges and presenting tailored solutions.
  • You lead value-based selling initiatives and close high-ACV SaaS contracts in the range of €500k–€4M+.You work closely with internal teams (PreSales, Legal, Delivery) to ensure successful deal execution.
  • You provide market feedback to help shape our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

 

Your talent and experience:

  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a strong focus on new business development.
  • You have a proven track record in managing long and complex sales cycles within the retail, commerce, or supply chain industries.
  • You are a self-driven “hunter” with strong skills in pipeline development, opportunity qualification, and deal closing.
  • You are confident in dealing with executive stakeholders and aligning multiple decision-makers in large enterprise accounts.
  • You are fluent in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is a strong advantage.
  • You are willing to travel up to 30% for customer visits, events, and internal meetings.
