From Core HCM to Recruiting, you’ll help roll out and evolve Workday HCM across countries, teams, and processes to help GK grow internationally 

fixed-term contract (2 years), mobile work in Germany  

What you’ll do 

• Be part of our global Workday journey – helping roll out modules like Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, and Recruiting.
• Work side-by-side with People & Culture, IT, Payroll, and external partners to make things happen.
• Spot where processes can be smarter – and help make them better.
• Get hands-on with configuration, testing, data migration, and go-lives.
• Create content that sticks – from training materials to stakeholder updates.
• Own your workstreams, bring ideas, and keep things moving. 

What you bring 

• A background in IT, Business, or People & Culture – degree or equivalent experience.
• You’ve worked in HR tech or projects before – ideally with Workday.
• You know your way around at least one Workday module.
• You’re comfortable in international setups and cross-functional teams.
• Excel and PowerPoint? No problem.
• You think in systems, act with purpose, and love solving puzzles.
• Up for Occasional travel.
