Your tasks

• You evaluate the individual needs and requirements of our customers with regard to the calculation and design of promotions.
• You will develop detailed business concepts for our promotion tools, which will serve as the basis for technical implementation and further development.
•  You are responsible for the close exchange with stakeholders, partners and developers in order to find the best possible solution and ensure optimal implementation.
• You create and maintain clear and user-friendly documentation that makes it easier for end users to use our promotion solution.
• You will work with our development teams to ensure that customer requirements are implemented in a technically correct way and actively contribute your knowledge of business processes to the technical development.

Your profile

• You have a degree in economics/computer science or several years of relevant professional experience preferably in a technology or software-oriented company.
• You have a technical understanding and feel comfortable in the world of digital solutions.
• You have strong communication skills and can communicate with both customers and technical teams at eye level.
• You have experience in creating technical and functional documentation. Ideally, you have already gained knowledge of retail processes and promotion calculations and are no stranger to agile development methods.
• You are fluent in English, knowledge of German is an advantage, but not essential.
