Your responsibilities

  • Long-term and service-oriented support of our customer
  • Central control, coordination and support of all measures for quantitative and qualitative service delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual regulations, such as SLAs
  • Ongoing monitoring of incidents and processing statuses
  • Identification of conspicuous problems with escalation potential
  • Creation and implementation of an action plan in coordination with the customer
  • Definition and implementation of standardized processes
  • Optimization of existing service processes including processing times
  • Key figure management in service and performance reporting



Your profile

  • Degree in computer science/business administration or comparable qualification in the field of IT
  • Several years of experience in a technical service environment, ideally experience in a retail environment
  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Very good German and Englisch skills, both written and spoken
  • Ideally you have a good knowledge of French for the support of our French customers
  • Pronounced level of service and customer orientation
  • Reliability and sense of responsibility
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Flexibility, resilience and willingness to travel
