As a Loyalty Solutions Consultant (all genders) at GK – a global leader in retail innovation and part of the Fujitsu Group – you bring GK Engage to life for customers, prospects, and internal teams by combining loyalty expertise, solution consulting, product demonstrations, and market understanding.
 
Location: Mobile Work (Germany-wide), Berlin
 
What You’ll Do
  • Support sales engagements with strong loyalty, CRM and retail tech expertise
  • Deliver compelling product demos and bring GK Engage to life for prospects
  • Support RFI/RFP processes with structured functional and technical input
  • Contribute to Proof of Concepts and solution design for customer use cases
  • Translate customer needs into clear solution concepts and product feedback
  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and customers
  • Help continuously improve demo setups and sales environments
 
 
What You Bring
  • Experience in loyalty, CRM, customer engagement or promotions
  • Background in retail, eCommerce or omnichannel environments
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. presales, consulting, customer success)
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical / solution concepts
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in demos and stakeholder interactions
  • Understanding of SaaS, CRM or marketing automation platforms
  • Structured thinking and hands-on mindset
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
