Your responsibilities

  • Installation, configuration, operation and monitoring of Microsoft cloud infrastructure services such as Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive
  • Operation and further development of the existing Microsoft on-prem and cloud environment
  • Implementation of modern identity concepts (Azure AD, MFA and similar)
  • Processing of tickets in the 2nd level support as well as services requests and changes for the Microsoft area
  • Creation of documentation for users and the department IT support



Your profile

  • Degree in computer science or a comparable training with sound IT expertise
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft hybrid environments and cloud infrastructures
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the services included there (e.g. Exchange Online, Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams)
  • Pertinent experience in the functional administration of Windows as well as applications based on it
  • Knowledge of Active Directory on-prem and in the Azure Cloud
  • Experienced handling of ticket- and knowledge of management tools
  • Analytical skills to grasp and implement complex tasks
  • Customer- as well as service-oriented thinking and acting, ability to work in a team and independent organization of work assignments
  • Confident knowledge of English, both written and spoken
