Your responsibilities

• Develop a product strategy with a focus on in-store and fuel operations, including defining priorities, identifying market opportunities and defining a clear roadmap that reflects the company's long-term goals.

• Analyzing market needs and the competitive situation to develop innovative solutions for classic fuel infrastructure, electric charging, hydrogen propulsion or something we haven't even thought of yet.

• Gathering, prioritizing and communicating requirements from customers and other stakeholders and translating them into user stories or specifications.

• Working closely with development teams and other stakeholders to ensure efficient product development.

• Identifying opportunities to improve usability, for the best possible user checkout experience.

• Monitoring product performance and usage, deriving measures for continuous improvement.

   

Your profile

• Experience in product management of software solutions, ideally in the POS environment or in the area of service station management.
• The ability to understand technical requirements and communicate with development teams.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze the market and conduct competitive analysis.
• The ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, as well as mediate between different stakeholders.
• Passion for innovation and willingness to learn about new technologies and industry trends.
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Very good English and good written and spoken German skills.
