Your responsibilities

• Design and continuous development of our modular design system as well as the UI and pattern library
• Definition and maintenance of interaction standards across the entire product range
• Close collaboration with development teams for technical implementation and ensuring consistent design across all platforms
• Design and optimization of intuitive and efficient user interfaces for mobile and desktop applications, taking into account platform guidelines, user requirements, and accessibility
• Creation of prototypes, mockups, and interactive models to visualize and refine user interfaces

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in interaction design, human-computer interaction, graphic design, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in UX design, ideally in the field of mobile and web-based applications
• Solid knowledge of common design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience in developing information architectures, user flows, navigation concepts, and user-centered designs
• Knowledge in the areas of accessibility, design standards, and user interface guidelines is desirable
• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 is an advantage
• Strong sense of appealing design, usability, and user needs
