Your responsibilities

  • Monitoring and reporting on requirements, trends and best practices in relation to Corporate Information & Transparency in the international business area of the GK Software Group.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as conducting sanctions list checks and maintaining the transparency register.
  • Developing and promoting corporate and business transparency procedures.
  • Gathering and preparing business and compliance information to be provided for co-operation with existing and new clients.
  • Assisting with business partner screening to ensure and comply with legal requirements, such as supply chain due diligence.
  • Participate in the implementation of compliance software / legal tech projects (AEB Sanctions Cloud, Dow Jones, etc.).

 

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training as an office communications specialist or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a medium-sized or large company in the software industry.
  • Sound business understanding, as well as basic foreign trade expertise.
  • Up to date knowledge of supply chain compliance, audits and experience in sanctions list auditing an advantage.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA, Atlassian Confluence or similar software an advantage.
  • Knowledge of project documentation with JIRA an advantage.
  • Very good written and spoken English.
