At GK we are shaking up the retail space – and we’re looking for someone who knows how to turn events into experiences. If you thrive on energy, love the buzz of live moments, and can juggle a million moving parts without breaking a sweat, this one’s for you.

Location: Mobile Work (Germany-wide)

What You'll Do

  • Own it: Plan and run (inter-)national events like global retail fairs, client events and internal gatherings from start to finish – with full creative and operational control.
  • Be there: On-site, hands-on, making sure everything runs smoothly and nothing gets missed.
  • Work across teams: Partner with Sales, Partner Management, and other teams to align goals and bring ideas to life.
  • Lead the crew: Coordinate agencies, vendors, and partners like a pro.
  • Track the impact: Manage budgets, timelines, report on results, and constantly push for better.

What You Bring

  • Hands-on experience in event or project management.
  • Fluent in German and English – you’re confident in both.
  • A hands-on, get-it-done attitude. You’re a well-organized teamplayer, proactive, and cool under pressure.
  • Willing to travel for 5–8 events a year.
  • Comfortable with MS Office and project management tools.

  • Empowered by flexibility: Remote-first, flexible hours – work where and how you thrive.
  • Security with vision: Permanent contract in a future-focused, stable environment.
