Location: Mobile Work (Germany-wide)
What You'll Do
- Own it: Plan and run (inter-)national events like global retail fairs, client events and internal gatherings from start to finish – with full creative and operational control.
- Be there: On-site, hands-on, making sure everything runs smoothly and nothing gets missed.
- Work across teams: Partner with Sales, Partner Management, and other teams to align goals and bring ideas to life.
- Lead the crew: Coordinate agencies, vendors, and partners like a pro.
- Track the impact: Manage budgets, timelines, report on results, and constantly push for better.
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience in event or project management.
- Fluent in German and English – you’re confident in both.
- A hands-on, get-it-done attitude. You’re a well-organized teamplayer, proactive, and cool under pressure.
- Willing to travel for 5–8 events a year.
- Comfortable with MS Office and project management tools.
