Your responsibilities

  • You have the global responsibility for planning, initiation, organization, implementation and continuous development of all HR-related topics; in particular Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, People Operations, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Retention, Compliance, etc
  • As part of the Leadership Team, you develop and implement the global HR strategy in line with our corporate strategy and act as a sparring partner for the Executive Board and the entire management team with regard to all strategic HR-related subjects
  • You shape the value and corporate culture and actively drive change and growth in your role; meanwhile, you will play a central role in the (digital) transformation of the company into a globally expanding player
  • You consistently drive the professionalization and optimization of standardized processes and take ownership of the implementation of relevant HR systems in the context of the digitalization of GKs HR processes
  • You have the leadership responsibility for a friendly, competent and highly committed international HR team and you will report directly to the Executive Board
  • You see yourself as a change agent who creates trust across the company and thus makes a significant contribution to the further business success

 

Your profile

  • You have several years of practical and leadership experience in a leading position in HR management in an international environment
  • You have profound experience in the development and implementation of HR strategies derived from the business strategy
  • You are already familiar with digital business models and transformations, ideally with decentralized units
  • You are experienced with the further development of companies with high growth dynamics, being significantly supported by HR
  • If you have already developed a global competency model; this would be an advantage
  • You have strong leadership experience and an integrative understanding of leadership concepts (results orientation, leadership development), acting as a coach and change agent
  • A strong, innovation-driven "business acumen" combined with at the same time high identification with values like integrity, fairness, appreciation, diversity & inclusion, sustainability distinguishes you
  • Very good communication skills, high consulting competence, people-orientation and fluent German and especially English skills are also part of your profile
