Your tasks

• You will assume comprehensive responsibility for global controlling and international projects at GK Software. Your area of responsibility will include both strategic and operational financial management.
• Your core tasks will include the development and implementation of global controlling processes and systems to ensure efficient management and monitoring of financial activities.
• In close cooperation with the management teams at our international locations, you will support the definition of KPIs and be responsible for their continuous monitoring.
• You will prepare in-depth analyses, reports and tailored recommendations for action for the Executive Board, the Executive Leadership Team and other relevant stakeholders.
• The further development of budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes at a global level is also part of your remit. You will ensure that these processes always meet the highest standards.
• In the area of project management, you will play a leading role in the implementation of ERP systems (e.g. Workday) and work on strategic business development projects, M&A transactions as well as internal efficiency programs and process optimizations. You will also ensure that governance guidelines are adhered to.
• You will continuously identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to minimize these risks and ensure the financial stability of the company.
• You will manage and coach the international controlling teams, promote their further development and ensure that they always operate at a high level of performance.

Your profile

• You have a degree, ideally with a specialization in controlling, finance or a related field.
• You have several years of sound professional experience in global controlling, preferably in a technology or software-orientated company. Experience in retail or in growth phases of companies is an additional plus.
• You have extensive expertise in the areas of financial planning, budgeting and risk management and can apply this knowledge confidently.
• You are familiar with project management and ERP implementations and have a proven track record in these areas.
• You have experience in leading and developing teams at the highest benchmark level and know how to motivate your employees and lead them to top performance.
• Your analytical skills are exceptional, and you work in a proactive and solution-orientated manner to successfully overcome challenges.
• You are characterized by empathy, pragmatism and the ability to manage complex issues professionally.
