Your tasks:
- Stakeholder management: You understand the requirements of the hiring managers from the business units with whom you work in a trusting relationship. You use this knowledge skilfully to define the recruiting process and the corresponding target group-specific sourcing strategies and to independently manage and implement them end-to-end in accordance with the hiring plan. You are responsible for your own business area and see yourself in your role as a Consultant & Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Talent Sourcing: You define and implement innovative and target group-specific sourcing strategies and build up relevant candidate pools for GK's core competences. When approaching candidates, you will use a wide range of active sourcing tools, including LinkedIn in particular. This also includes the management and evaluation of external partners (recruiting agencies/headhunters) and participation in employer branding and personnel marketing activities
- Job Posting & Interviewing: You develop and formulate appealing and target-group-specific job postings in order to match the requirements of the hiring managers and the ideas of the candidates in the best possible way. You conduct prescreenings and interviews - in both English and German - together with the hiring managers to identify and attract the best talent for GK.
- Positive Candidate Experience:You cultivate trusting relationships with candidates and thus gain a precise understanding of their requirements and interests. As a competent contact person, you accompany candidates through the entire recruiting process in an appreciative manner.
Your profile:
- Talent acquisition is your passion and you already have several years of relevant professional experience as a recruiter, preferably in an IT company or alternatively in executive search
- You have a "hunter mentality" and a very good feel for recruiting trends - also in an international environment
- You have talent, Very good knowledge of job requirements and the market as well as the necessary self-confidence to competently advise your stakeholders on hiring decisions
- You are characterised by strong communication skills and sociability as well as a convincing, professional appearance
- You have a solution-oriented and structured way of working
- Ideally, you have a degree or comparable qualification knowledge of ATS systems (e.g. SAP SF or Workday) and are able to work with them.
