As a Fullstack Developer (all genders) you’ll be the driving force behind digital transformation for some of the world’s most iconic retailers. Location: Hybrid Work (Germany)

What you'll do

• You define and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, and architecture and regulatory needs.
• You create user stories and work closely with the development team to manage and refine the product backlog.
• In collaboration with stakeholders and a cross-functional team, you develop solutions that deliver real value to our customers – especially in the Core Platforms and Developer Experience domain.
• You apply agile methodologies to drive measurable progress together with the team.
• You ensure a shared understanding of product vision, goals, and priorities across both the team and the wider organization.
• You collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, QA and other departments to deliver the best possible product experience.

What you bring

• Several years of professional experience in the software development (core platforms and development experience)
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, API management, frameworks and library development
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role
• Solid knowledge of agile software development.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly and effectively translate complex requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
• A structured mindset, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of the specific needs and challenges of our customers.
