Your Role in Action:

• Champion QA excellence across a range of platforms including restaurant and retail POS systems, mobile apps, web portals, and back-office systems.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate new features and ensure system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, track, and resolve issues early in the development cycle.
• Apply your analytical mindset to enhance existing QA processes and uncover ways to boost efficiency and test coverage.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve our QA strategy.
