Join our innovative team as a Sales Manager, where you'll drive new business development within the retail industry across the Nordics. We are looking for a proactive "hunter" who is skilled in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals, with a passion for utilizing technology to tackle genuine business issues.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize market research and networking to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations: Craft and deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations that cater to the needs of potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our SaaS solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closure: Execute value-based negotiations and finalize deals, consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends and competitive dynamics specific to the retail sector in the Nordics, providing insights that influence our product and marketing strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction strategies and contribute to developing account strategies.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Management: The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from initial contact to final signature. This includes identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, organizing product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Reporting: Utilize CRM tools to monitor sales activities and analyze data to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.



  • Demonstrated sales success, preferably with SaaS products targeted at the retail industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the retail sector’s challenges in the Nordics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Capability to interact with senior-level executives and forge lasting relationships.
  • Strategic and consultative sales approach.
