Your responsibilities

• As a Scrum Master, you are responsible for the successful implementation of agile principles
• You support and coach the development team and the product owner in the application of the agile methodology
• You proactively identify problems, obstacles and risks, whether in the team or on the customer side, and enable the teams to solve them in a self-organized manner and achieve their goals
• You monitor and evaluate the progress of projects and ensure that the agreed objectives are achieved
• You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of Scrum artifacts, such as product backlog, sprint backlog and burn-down charts 

Your profile

• You have several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile development teams
• You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree
• Your knowledge of agile methodology, especially Scrum, is excellent. Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM® or PSM I) is desirable
• Your written and spoken German and English skills are excellent
• You have a strong understanding of collaboration in interdisciplinary teams and the empowerment of team members
• You have the ability to communicate and cooperate effectively with various stakeholders at different hierarchical levels
• Your excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills complete your profile
