Join our team and shape the future of retail – as a Software Developer (all genders) at retail7, you will design and lead the development of cutting-edge, cloud-based POS solutions that run seamlessly on any device. You will drive technical innovation, set architectural standards, and create scalable, secure systems that empower retailers worldwide – all while bringing your passion for modern technologies and agile collaboration into every project. 

Your Role in Action:

• Design and development of the overall technical architecture for our any-cloud/any-device platform.
• Adaptation and implementation of our solutions to meet customer-specific requirements.
• Ensuring the performance, scalability, and security of POS systems in line with modern security standards.
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams and active participation in technical project implementation.
• Supporting customers, product management, and development teams with technical expertise.
• Identifying new technological trends and contributing ideas to further improve our solutions.

Your Talent and Experience:

• Several years of experience in the development and architecture of POS systems, multi-cloud platforms or any-device solutions.
• Strong background in modern development methods and agile processes within complex, cloud-based, and distributed system environments.
• Experience in integrating software solutions with third-party systems using API-based architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of modern technologies such as microservices, containerization (e.g. Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest technological trends.
