Solution Consultant (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• The main task is conduting customer engagements (demonstrations, presentations, PoCs, etc.) for the GK Product Suite, targeting both new and existing customers
• Creating and documenting customer requirements as well as conveying product feature requests for standardization purposes
• Supporting the sales team with technical expertise and compelling solution demonstrations
• Developing technical solution designs and preparing proposals and presentations for our customers
• RFI/RFP: Assisting in the quality assurance of all functional and technical proposal documents at every stage of the sales process
• Conducting and supporting PoCs (proof of concepts)
• Preparing technical guidelines and documentation (UML, Wiki, Confluence, SDK, etc.)

Your profile

• A degree in (business) informatics, training as an IT systems management assistant, or relevant and proven experience in retail presales or consulting
• At least 2 years of professional experience in presales or consulting
• Strong knowledge of the retail sector
• Familiarity with preferred partner products (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation, flexibility and team spirit
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German is an advantage
