Your responsibilities

• You will continuously monitor our systems, recognise problems early and fix them quickly so that our customers can work smoothly
• You will ensure that our systems are always secure and performing to the highest standards for retail7
• You work closely with our development teams to enable fast and efficient delivery of our software solution
• You lead and motivate your team, encourage personal and professional development and create a creative and productive working environment
• You make decisions on the technical direction and selection of suitable tools and technologies to support retail7's long-term strategy
•  You identify potential for improvement in existing processes and implement best practices to increase the efficiency and quality of teamwork

Your profile

• You have several years of experience in DevOps and cloud technologies
• You already have experience in the disciplinary management of employees
• You are well versed in CI/CD processes and automation tools
• You have experience in infrastructure management and system monitoring
• You have strong problem-solving skills and a good understanding of system security
• You are a team player and enjoy working closely with developers
