Your responsibilities
- Configuration, administration, and monitoring of our Workday application, including HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and other modules
- Supporting departments in using Workday and implementing business processes
- Administration of the Workday platform, including user management and security configurations
- Coordinating system updates and release management in collaboration with Workday support and internal IT teams
- Conducting training sessions and creating documentation for end users
- Assisting with the integration of Workday with other IT systems (e.g., ERP, CRM)
Your profile
- Completed degree or relevant professional experience in (business) informatics
- Professional experience in supporting and administering Workday or other ERP systems is an advantage
- Technical understanding and interest in cloud-based solutions
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to structure and optimize complex processes
- Proficient use of ticket and knowledge management tools
- Good written and spoken English skills
